What we can build
We develop company websites, web services and customer portals. We improve existing products by adding features, fixing issues and connecting them to other systems. If you need a custom CRM, we first understand your workflows and define its scope separately.
What you receive
Before work starts, we agree on the requirements, project boundaries and how the result will be tested. Delivery includes a working website or feature, checks against the agreed scenarios, launch, source code and the necessary instructions. Support and further development are agreed separately.
If your website is already live
Send a link, a short description of the problem and an example of the expected result. We assess the code, technologies, design and content readiness, hosting constraints and availability of external services. If a reliable estimate requires an initial investigation, we agree on that step before development.
How we estimate the cost
The cost depends on features, integrations, the condition of the existing project and the readiness of design and content. We clarify the task before proposing a scope and estimate. A small improvement and a new complex system are assessed separately; there is no single fixed price for every website.
From discussion to handover
Describe the task → estimate and agree on the scope → implementation → testing → launch and handover. I’m Eduard, founder of K1PROD: I personally discuss requirements and take responsibility for implementation. I bring in specialists when needed. Payment is available via IBAN, SWIFT, Wise or cryptocurrency; terms and milestones are agreed before work starts.

We work remotely with clients in Tbilisi, Batumi and other Georgian cities, Europe and elsewhere. Project materials and written discussion are enough to get started; an office visit or in-person meeting is not required.

Can I order just an improvement?
Yes. Send a link to the existing project and describe the change you need. We first check whether it can be implemented in the current system.
Do I need a finished design?
Not necessarily. If you do not have a design, we account for it when agreeing on the scope. Improvements can follow the existing interface.
Can we work from another city?
Yes, we work remotely. We share materials, agree on requirements and review the result online.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the project and agreed instructions. Fixes, ongoing support and new features are covered by separately agreed support terms.
